Bali
Where sacred ritual is woven into everyday life. Rivers, rice fields, surf and sunset — offerings each morning, warm outdoor living, and a deeply family-oriented culture. Slow mornings in the jungle, barefoot evenings by the sea.
A residency that travels between a few beloved corners of the world — where children have their own adventures, parents feel like themselves again, and a small circle of families share a beautiful way of living together.
Family travel can be beautiful. But it can also mean constantly planning, carrying, organising, entertaining and adjusting.
Parents arrive somewhere extraordinary, yet rarely have the chance to truly rest. Children often follow an adult itinerary that was never designed for them. And even when close friends travel together, each family can still end up managing everything on its own.
We imagined something different — children with their own adventure, parents with space to feel like themselves again, and a small circle of families living, eating, exploring and slowing down together.
Together when it feels good.
Space when it is needed.
A temporary family village — set down in one beautiful place at a time, and never a tightly scheduled retreat. Simply a beautifully supported way of living together.
The residency is not tied to a single place. It travels — settling for a season in a handful of corners of the world we love, each offering nature, culture, warmth and a deeply family-oriented rhythm of its own.
The Balinese jungle and ocean. A hilltop village in Provence, an orange-scented valley in Mallorca, a tiled and flowered lane in Sintra — three easy reaches for European families. And the green cliffs and wide Pacific of Kauai. Different light, different tables, different landscapes — the same slow, supported way of being together.

An orange-scented valley between the Tramuntana mountains and the sea. Stone villages, a wooden tram down to the port, hidden coves and long Mediterranean lunches — the Balearics at their most unhurried.
A hilltop village of warm stone and long summer light. Lavender and cicadas, morning markets, wine at the table and the slow generosity of a Mediterranean day. Close enough for European families, and a world away from the everyday.
Cobbled lanes, painted tiles and cascades of bougainvillea, tucked into green hills above the Atlantic. Fairy-tale palaces, cool forests and pastéis still warm from the oven — a storybook corner of Portugal.
Emerald cliffs, hidden coves and the wide Pacific. Waterfalls and taro fields, gentle surf and the ease of aloha — a green world where children roam freely and the ocean quietly sets the pace of the day.
Each day has a gentle shape, with enough freedom for every family to follow its own energy.
Children start their own supervised programme — nature, creativity, movement, food and local culture.
Parents choose what they need: yoga, surfing, a quiet breakfast, a workout, coffee with friends, a little work, a walk, a massage — or sleeping in.
Everyone returns to a generous shared table. Children tell their stories. Adults reconnect.
Families meet again after spending the morning in their own rhythm — the day's first reunion.
A family excursion, pool or beach time, a cultural visit, cooking together, an adults-only outing, or simply resting.
Not every family needs to do the same thing at the same time.
Children enjoy an early dinner, play, storytelling or a movie night with trusted nannies nearby.
Parents gather for sunset cocktails, music, long conversation or a private chef dinner — or a relaxed family meal under the stars, together.
Children are not an addition to the programme. They have their own friendships, adventures and daily rhythm — nature exploration, forest and rice-field walks, art, cooking, kids' yoga, surf introductions, treasure hunts, storytelling and free imaginative play.
Children have time to create their own games, build friendships and become a small travelling tribe — a world where they feel free, inspired and deeply cared for.
Sleep in. Read by the pool. A massage. A quiet coffee. Time alone.
Surfing, swimming, walking, breathwork, a workout — whatever wakes you up.
Catch up with old friends, meet other families, share long breakfasts.
Food, culture and nature. Local makers, cooking, design and wellness.
Sunset cocktails, long lunches, music, private chef dinners.
Children wake up knowing their friends are nearby. Parents have coffee together while the children play. One family may join another for a swim, a walk or a spontaneous lunch.
No family is expected to participate in everything. The closeness comes from sharing daily life, rather than following a fixed group itinerary.
Close enough to feel connected. Flexible enough to remain yourselves.
Everyone has their own experience. And everyone naturally comes back together.
Play, movement and learning, alongside other children.
Creativity, movement and fun, alongside other adults.
Excursions, beach afternoons, cooking, celebrations, together.
A private chef and local team create nourishing, generous meals inspired by Bali, the season and the rhythm of the residency — slow breakfasts, family-style lunches, fire-cooked dinners, celebration meals.
Some meals bring everyone together around one table. Others create space for children and adults to enjoy their own pace — and there's always a chance to visit markets, cook together and learn from local food traditions.
The first edition is imagined as a very intimate, invitation-only gathering.
